5. License
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased version of RClick on Macs that you own or control. You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer except where law permits, or use RClick to violate law or others’ rights.

Your purchase includes the version available when you buy it and any maintenance updates we choose to provide for that version. It does not promise new paid editions, major upgrades, or support for future operating systems.
7. Support and refunds
If RClick cannot perform its core Open in Terminal function on a supported Mac, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will first try to resolve the issue and, if we cannot, provide a refund. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
8. Third-party services
RClick interacts with macOS Finder and Apple Terminal. Apple products and services are governed by Apple’s terms. This website and payment flow use third-party infrastructure.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RClick and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or business opportunities arising from RClick. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for RClick.

These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
