RClick is designed to perform one local action on your Mac. This policy explains the limited information involved when you use the app, purchase it, visit this website, or contact us.

In short: RClick does not require an account, analyze your folders, upload folder paths, or include analytics. The website host may process standard request data needed to deliver and secure the site.

1. Who we are

RClick is provided by QINGZHENG LI, 19331 Andrada Dr, Rowland Heights, CA 91748. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to admin@qwqlog.com.

2. Information handled by the RClick app

When you choose a folder in Finder and invoke Open in Terminal, macOS provides that folder’s local file URL to RClick. RClick uses the URL to ask Apple Terminal to open at that location. RClick does not transmit the path to us, create a cloud copy, or retain a usage history.

3. Website information

This website is delivered through Cloudflare. As part of ordinary web delivery and security, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals. We do not add advertising cookies or behavioral analytics to this site.

4. Information you send us

If you purchase RClick or email us, we receive the information needed to complete the transaction or answer you, such as your email address, payment confirmation, message, and diagnostic details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive your complete card number.

5. How we use information

Deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
Process purchases and deliver RClick.
Respond to questions and support messages.
Protect RClick, our users, and our legal rights.
Comply with applicable law.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be processed by service providers that help us host and secure the website or communicate with you, subject to their own terms and our instructions. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

7. Retention

RClick does not maintain a server-side history of the folders you open. Support email is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Infrastructure logs are retained according to the host’s settings and policies.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to this small utility. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Email us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

10. Children

RClick is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. International use

If you access the website from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as RClick or its services change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
